My name is Juergen Worch, as a result of about two decades of customer field service and commissioning for the company VIB Systems Maintal, the decision was taken to continiue this commitment with an independent company. Just from the very first beginning we were already two. Rolf Huebner, also a former member of the VIB Service Department, became the first permanent employee at this time.

The incorporation of the company Worch Service GmbH was in March 2009, since June 2009 we serve our customers with the well-known quality and dedication.

End of the Year 2010 - just at the right moment - we obtained the urgently required reinforcements. Now we are again the complete competent expert team together with Manfred Daus, Manuel Koenig and Robeer Laaser, on which the international paper industry is relying since many years for the technical service, support and the supply of spare parts.

As reinforcements to our Head Quarter and Central Office at Worms/Rheinland-Pfalz/Germany we opened our Service Center Worch Service Maintal and our Manufacturing Center Worch Systems Maintal, located at Maintal-Bischofsheim (near Frankfurt/Main) - just 25kms away from the International Airport Frankfurt/Main-Germany.

After many successful extensions of moisturizing systems and appropriate upgrades we developed our own equipment, components and modules. Since we are a partner of the newly founded Paper Quality Systems AG we can offer the full scope of moisture systems including steam boxes. The Paper Quality Systems AG offers complete QCS solutions for paper machines. This includes CD Profiling and MD Control Systems as well as optimization of steam and energy.

In regard to service, support and development technology we cooperate very efficiently with the company Woolllard&Henry. Our former colleagues from VIB now working at the Central European Office of Woollard&Henry at Offenbach Germany are always ready to listen to our questions. Especially regarding maintenance and supply of spare parts, but also concerning modernization and development we supplement each other very well.

We are proud of our agencies in Finland with Mikko Jouppi, in Spain with Esteban Portela and in France with Pierre Henkes, who are all well-known all over the paper industry.
